These are great jeans if you are a bit curvy, like me. The “high waist” really just means normal waist, not super low rise. It’s an inch or so below the belly button, not at all the retro high waist the discription implies. The thighs are cut a bit more generous, without being baggy and the knee is not super tight. There’s not much flare. They jean looks like a good fitting straight leg jean on me. Usually, if I buy a straight leg, it is absurdly tight in the thigh and knee.
