So far this product works as advertised. It is unique in that you can use rechargeable or non-rechargeable AA batteries. This feature makes the Tivax HiRez7 a “must have” during power outage or other emergency situation. The docking station provides a sturdy platform for the TV and improves audio output. I have not tried with AA batteries yet, but would give 5-star rating if it works as advertised. I would most definitely recommend this TV and the shipper (5 stars).

It holds the TV and stops it from falling over. So-called enhanced sound is pretty much a joke. When you connect the wires from the dock to the TV it looks quite an unsightly mess since all the wires are exposed. It’s going for about half the price now that I paid for it, so it is a little easier to take. Basically, it does what it claims, it’s just that very little effort has gone into making it as nice as it could have been.
