Tomorrow will be 1 full week of using OEP and I’m happy to say that I’ve shed the last 5lbs as of 3 days ago which brought me back to my pre-pregnancy weight. So I have lost 5lbs in less than a week because I changed my eating habits and cut back on the calories, something that has been very challenging for me without any help of a pill.

My goal is to lose 10-15 more pounds by the end of summer (3 more months, that should be plenty of time). I know I’m on the right track with the aid of OEP. It’s helped curb my appetite so I am not starving thus leaving time to prepare healthy meals and choose healthier snacks rather than defaulting to junk food. I drink WAY more water and less coffee and expensive energy drinks (sugar free of course). Saving money on not buying those 2 stimulants pays for the 90 pills for $30 that can last you a month to a month in a half depending on how your body adjusts to it. I have more than enough energy to get through the day and exercise when time permits (which I’m working on making it a necessity to exercise at least every other day). It does give me a euphoric feeling of calmness and concentration thus being more productive in anything I do (at work, home organization, shopping and running errands quickly etc). Direct that energy towards your workout regimen then watch the pounds melt off. I have already shrunken out of my new size 12 shorts and need to exchange them for a size 10. Something is definitely happening here and I’m hopeful to continue to see more results as I continue to put more effort into controling what I eat and adding more cardio.

I would highly recommend this product to others to at least try. The worse that can happen is it doesn’t work for you and you get your full refund. So you may have lost $5-6 on the shipping, but it’s worth the risk to see if this product will work just as well for you as it does for me (and my brother too, he recommended it to me and he’s been doing well on it and has lost some weight also).
