I love to eat! Rice, bread, cake, candy (lots of candy, I used to wake up in the middle of the night to eat. I’m 36yrs old, 3 kids, work full time (no time for exercising, definitely no energy to diet), 5’5″ was weighing 165lbs. Today I’m at 134lbs. I lost 13lbs on the first 3wks after I started the pills. NO diets, no exercises, well only if chewing counts as exercise. I don’t feel that anxiety of eating every few minutes. These pills do work, don’t know how, do care about side effects which are now, 4 packs of pills later, non-existent. Try at least 1 pack, nothing to but fat! NY, NY

I been using this product for about 4 months and I loose 45 pounds so far, I want to loose 15 more, and I will be on my ideal weight, I recomend this product, because I have other friends that use’it and every single person loose weight and thats the reason I start using’it. tanks.

These pills are good. They are not a magic pill that will make you loose weight instantly if it were you would not be able to buy it at this price.

1- It does control your appetite. I am always craving things even when I am not hungry and this pill helps with that a lot.

2- Makes you really thirsty. I am constantly drinking water when I am taking this pill. This is not exactly a bad thing since it does push you to drink lots of water and this is a good thing for your health but avoid drinking sugary drinks when you get thirsty just have a cup/bottle of water.

3-They are easy to use. With one pill a day every day it’s not hard to keep this regime and make it work. I have tried many pills and i don’t complete a whole month before giving up on the product due to my lack of commitment to keeping track of drinking pills and time of day I need to drink pills specifically if its more than one pill.

4-If you moderate what you eat (specially avoid greasy food and sweets) these pill help a lot and speed up the weight loss process but do not expect a magic pill THERE IS NO SUCH THING.

Over all I say this is a great product. Its affordable. Its easy to use and if you do your part they do work.

These pills work 100%.

I started on the 17th June at 141 pounds, and one week later i am 135 pounds.

Negatives:

1) Dry mouth

2) Headaches

3) Irritable feeling

4) Trouble sleeping

Positives

1) Easy weight loss without exercise

2) Excellent appetite suppressant

3) Encourages alot of water drinking

I have stopped using this product because i have achieved my goal of 135 pounds. I’ll just continue to maintain it with exercise and careful eating habits.
