Look, I am 100% certain that the explanation of WHY it works from the makers of this wristband is a bunch of bologna. However, I tried a couple of different balance tests with this wristband, a watch and nothing. Only the wristband helped with balance. I am not interested in the tests for flexibility because I don’t believe it does that…it certainly didn’t do it for me. But whatever psychological aid this thing gives for balance works for me, so I was happy to buy it for sports.

I tested the band out on my completely unknowing girlfriend. I had her stand on one foot and stick out both of her arms, then I pushed down on her arm and she fell over. Gave her the wristband to hold in whichever hand she chose (she tried both), and she was quite grounded. Then I told her to put the band down and I was able to knock her off her balance quite easily.

We tried another test, the same way, where I had her put her hands down by her sides and ground herself as best she could. I was still able to knock her off her balance quite easily, but with the band in either hand, it was quite difficult.

She asked me to get her one for each arm about 10 seconds after that. Again, I say, if you think it works, then it does, and then it’s worth it.

My run times have improved and I feel better after I do run. It is because of the “Power Balance”, or just the fact I have been running more? Who knows, but it is kind of cool to think the bracelet helps. Also it is a great conversation starter. I have met a lot of cool people who ask about it. My grandmother use to wear a small magnet around her neck because she said it made her feel better. She lived to be 105, she was healthy and had a crystal clear mind up to the week she got pneumonia. Who knows for sure? Take a chance have some fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get-ja-one
